Going into African American communities that are under-resourced and underserved throughout Chicago to meet community residents who have viable solutions to the ills of their community. And harness Both their talent and affinity in such a way that they are giving the support needed to bring viable solutions that can change the landscape of the community. Recognizing the community is the bridge over adversity. TLP will serve as a resource to offer consultation and resources to help maintain or develop, grow, and sustain local businesses. This help to facilitate holistic health of families and communities by helping to provide not only needed resources but job opportunities, economic stability and housing
The Legacy Project
It is so unfortunate that the wounds of inequality must be visibly raw for people to even acknowledge that these differences exist. We will need to stay vigilant at systematically changing systems, policies, procedures, attitudes and other institutionalized norms that perpetuate disadvantages for some and advantages for others. Peaceful demonstrations and protests call our attention to the work that must be done.

The S.E.E.D. Foundation is a funding source for African American generations of individuals, groups and organizations who are pioneering, conquering and trailblazing in making strides to positively affect and improve the landscaping in our African American communities, troubleshooting, conquering, researching, educating and looking to implement solutions in advancing our plight and legacy.
